Matt is a referral expert, coach and the author of Fearless Referrals: Boost Your Confidence, Break Down Doors, and Build a Powerful Client List

We talked about the common mistakes planners make with regards to asking clients for referrals and how to fix them. One important area that Matt focused on is that advisers must earn the right to ask clients for referrals by not only doing ‘the work’ but also making sure clients are fully aware of it.
