FinalytiQ Hangout: AxaWealth’s Shaun Sandiford on Adviser Platforms

FinalytiQHangout Live is back! Hurray!!!

Set your reminders for 12:00pm on Thursday,  24th Jan to join us for the first hangout in 2013!

For the uninitiated, FinalytiQHangout is a live session on G+Hangout where I talk to advisers, providers and others professionals within the industry on a range of  hot topics and issues that are relevant to advisers.  You can  see videos of previous sessions here

My guest for this session  is Shaun Sandiford,  Business Development Director of AxaWealth, talking about adviser platforms.

Have you ever met Shaun? No….? Why…?  You should!  One thing that struck me about Shaun is his knack for passing across great ideas using some rather hilarious, yet simple idoms  that makes you go ‘hum….’ , like ‘ RDR is an egg and spoon race! It’s not about speed, rather haste without dropping the egg‘ or  ‘No one cares what stones 10 commandments were written on.’

Shaun will share his incredible knowledge of the platform scene and what advisers should pay attention to in their selection and due-diligence process.  We’ll discuss everything from pricing (yeah, I know), universal re-registration, pre-funded switching and generally about how to choose the right platform(s) that support(s) your investment process and client proposition.
